 These are not custom homes, they are carefully planned and built for affordability. The homes in our Small Cottage Series(SCS) are priced at about $100,000 excluding impact fees, sales tax, or site improvements. These homes are built on the client property. This price also allows for builder's choice for materials. The homes will be Built Green and Energy Star certified. These are third party verified programs that increase the value of the home. The cost of cottage does not include property improvements of any kind. We can construct a 2 car carport with the home for $3500.
